Overview

The Pennsylvania Continuous Service Readiness Program (CSRP) is a joint effort between Joint Commission Resources (JCR) and The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) to structure and implement programs by which hospitals can receive education, consultation, and feedback on an ongoing basis from JCR and The Joint Commission (TJC) staff. Due to COVID-19 these programs will be presented virtually in four two-hour workshops.

Objectives

At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to: 

  • Discuss impact of the COVID pandemic on Joint Commission Accreditation processes
  • Describe the requirements for complex medication ordering and implementation
  • Describe updated requirements for sterile compounding based on recent USP decisions

The Ohio Hospital Association (OLN-0017-P) is approved as a provider unit of continuing education by the Ohio Board of Nursing through the approver unit at the Ohio League for Nursing (OBN-006-92) and provider unit status is valid through June 30, 2023.
