Fact Sheet: Hospital Funding Cuts by Pa. Congressional District

Budget reconciliation legislation passed by the U.S. Senate includes direct cuts to hospitals that the House did not vote for. These funding cuts will destabilize already struggling hospitals and devastate access to care for the communities they serve.

The breakdown includes just the additional cuts to hospital payments included in the Senate bill. The total impact of the bill to each district will be larger as people lose Medicaid coverage and hospitals absorb additional uncompensated care.
