Yesterday, Energy and Commerce Chairman Frank Pallone, Jr. (D-NJ), Health Subcommittee Chair Anna G. Eshoo (D-CA), and Oversight and Investigations Subcommittee Chair Diana DeGette (D-CO) sent a letter to U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Alex Azar expressing strong concerns about recent actions taken by drug manufacturers that undermine the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
