Overview

The Pennsylvania Continuous Service Readiness Program (CSRP) is a joint effort between Joint Commission Resources (JCR) and The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) to structure and implement a program by which hospitals can receive education, consultation, and feedback on an ongoing basis from JCR and The Joint Commission (TJC) staff.

This meeting is limited to participants from CSR hospitals. Not a member? If you are interested in participating in the CSR Program, please contact Daneen Schroder.

Preparing the Ambulatory Locations for Joint Commission Hospital Accreditation

  2. Evaluate gaps in current ambulatory operations to develop action plans to strengthen compliance with regulatory standards

Maintaining Continuous Survey Readiness Under the New Accreditation 360 Model: Including Leading Practices from the Field

  1. Verbalize common survey themes under the new Accreditation 360 model
  2. Explain strategies for a successful survey under the new Accreditation 360 model
  3. Describe one tactic to help maintain a constant state of readiness by using your internal data.

Continuing Education

The Pennsylvania Spring 2026 CSR Conference on April 16 and 17, 2026 will award 10.5 continuing education contact hours for the following: ACCME, ANCC, ACHE, and ACPE.  

Full attendance at every session and completion of a post-engagement survey are prerequisites for receiving continuing education credits.

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Joint Commission Resources.  Joint Commission Resources is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. 

By attending the Spring 2026 CSR Conference offered by Joint Commission Resources, participants may earn up to 10.5 ACHE Qualifying Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.

Registration Information

This conference is available to CSR members only.

Conference Registration Fee: $175

Registrants are responsible for the full fee if cancellation is received after Wednesday, April 8. There is a $50 administrative fee on all cancellations. Cancellations must be in writing. No-shows will be billed. Substitutions are permissible.
