The Symposium will take place at the Hershey Lodge, located at the address above. HAP has reserved a limited amount of overflow block of rooms for the evening of September 1st and 2nd, 2026. The rate is $249 plus tax (single/double) and is subject to availability.
Want to spend more time in Hershey? The Lodge is honoring HAP's group rate for two days prior to the event (September 31-June 1) and two days after the event (September 3-4). Guests should call the reservations line to make their reservations and the reservation agents will be able to assist with adjusting your reservation. Group rate on the shoulder dates is offered based on the availability of the Lodge and there is no guarantee that it will be available when requested.
