The Missing Piece: Engaging Patients and Families in REaL Data Collection

Location: Online

Registration Deadline: July 21, 2022

Overview

Intentionally and routinely engaging patients and families in REaL data collection efforts allows for diverse perspectives of individuals with lived experiences to provide feedback on key processes, in addition to fostering trust between patients and organizations. During this virtual session, HAP will convene member hospitals to understand the importance of engaging patients and families in REaL data collection efforts. Join us to hear from a panel of patient experience experts to learn more about patient advocates roles on equity improvement teams and how to begin or advance that collaboration. Throughout the panel discussion, HAP will facilitate discussion with attendees and panelists to share strategies that have been successful with engaging patients and families in this work.
