HAP Opioid LAN Philadelphia Regional Virtual Meeting

Location: Online

Registration Deadline: September 23, 2020

Overview

You are invited to the HAP Opioid LAN Year 2 Philadelphia regional networking meeting. We encourage you to share this invite with your peers and partners who work in primary care, such as internal medicine and family medicine, emergency medicine, and pharmacy caring for patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). During this meeting, you will be collaborating with regional hospital contacts and community-based organization individuals to convene for a virtual event that will address and discuss relevant local topics to tackle the opioid epidemic.

The three major areas of focus that will be addressed at this meeting include care and access during COVID-19 in primary care, the role of support services, and internal referral pathways at hospitals. We encourage you to come prepared with your relevant tools and processes in hand and to share your organization’s work related to OUD patient care. Through facilitated presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from one another, discuss best practices, and virtually network with regional peers.
