The Pennsylvania Continuous Service Readiness Program (CSRP) is a joint effort between Joint Commission Resources (JCR) and The Hospital and Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) to structure and implement a program by which hospitals can receive education, consultation, and feedback on an ongoing basis from JCR and The Joint Commission (TJC) staff. This program will be presented virtually.

This presentation will provide a high-level overview of the collaboration required among key leaders within an organization to effect successful management of a cyber incident. This presentation is a call to action among leaders to ensure planning and related activities are effective to ensure mitigation, preparedness, response, continuity of essential operations, and recovery to cyber incidents.

Over the last several weeks, the Pennsylvania Department of Health has issued two separate pieces of guidance drastically improving the hospital regulatory environment. The first piece of guidance updated DOH requirements for physician coverage and 24/7 emergency surgical services. The second, removed state notification requirements for new or updated pieces of equipment.
