During this session, DOH leadership will provide the regulated community with an overview of the state regulatory landscape and compliance enforcement activity over the past year. Members will be briefed on recent changes to sub-regulatory guidance and continued efforts by the Department to improve some of the regulatory processes most used by hospitals. Leaders from both the Division of Safety Inspection and the Division of Acute and Ambulatory Care will share their insights on some of the issues they hear about most frequently from hospitals and strategies or best practices for addressing them.
