HAP's 2018 Value-based Care Summit, formerly known as the Payment Reform Summit, is the place senior-level leaders from Pennsylvania health care organizations convene to exchange ideas, discuss market trends, and explore solutions to pressing challenges transitioning from a fee for service payment and care delivery system to one based on value.
