HAP's 2017 Leadership Summit theme, The Challenge of Change‚ÄĒDelivering Value During Uncertainty, is particularly fitting given the current environment. The summit blends interaction between health care and national thought leaders. This year's program includes three very different speakers who have navigated change to succeed personally and professionally.

Program Description

Join colleagues, legislators and staff, and administration officials at HAP’s premier event for hospital and health system leaders. The session begins Monday June, 19 with an evening legislative networking reception and dinner, and ends Tuesday, June 20 at 1:30 p.m.

HAP has reserved a limited block of rooms for the evening of June 19, 2017. The rate is

$179, plus tax (single/double) and is subject to availability after Friday, May 19, 2016. For reservations, call 1-800-HILTONS (1-800-445-8667). Callers need to provide  the code “HHAP6” to access the special rate of $179. Individual reservations not canceled by 4:00 p.m. the day before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room and tax. For online reservations, attendees may reserve rooms at the group rate using HAP’s dedicated group reservations page.

Parking

Guests of the Hilton Harrisburg may park in the connecting Walnut Street parking garage at a reduced rate. Overnight guests will receive complimentary parking and meeting guests will be charged $5.00 (subject to change). Registration Information

Registration fee includes all meal and break functions, as well as all handout materials. Credit card payment is required at time of online registration. 

HAP members - $299 

HAP group member rate (3 or more attendees) - $249 per person rate 

HAP nonmember rate - $499

Substitutions & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be granted for written cancellation requests received or processed online by June 12. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted. No refunds will be granted after June 12There is a $50 administrative fee on all cancellations. Substitutions are permitted. No shows will be billed. Walk-in registrations will require payment onsite.
