Overview

You are invited to the HAP Opioid LAN Year 2 Northwest regional networking meeting. We encourage you to share this invite with your peers and partners who work in primary care, such as internal medicine and family medicine, emergency medicine, pharmacy, and any other individuals caring for patients with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). This meeting brings together regional stakeholders including hospitals, health systems, community-based organizations, and, single county authorities to address and discuss relevant regional-specific strategies to improve and better coordinate the care and treatment for patients with OUD. The event will begin with panelist presentations from peers to share their organizations care delivery approach, the services offered, and work flow that supports those services and will be followed by a facilitated group discussion with all attendees. We encourage you to come prepared with your relevant tools and processes and to share your organization’s work related to OUD patient care. Through this facilitated meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to learn from one another, discuss promising practices, and virtually network with regional peers.

  • Identify regional community partners and ways to connect with those partners
