HAP has suspended all in-person education programs and member meetings through the end of April and will extend this if circumstances warrant. We want to keep you safe, support your COVID-19 response efforts and not pull you away from your focus on the health and safety of the Commonwealth. This conference will be canceled or postponed to later in the year. HAP staff will contact registered participants with further information and will be issuing full refunds for canceled programs.
At this meeting, we will share updates from COACH workgroup activities, provide updates about external initiatives relevant to the COACH collaborative, and plan CHNA implementation efforts in the pursuit of a shared regional vision and approach to address community health needs. This meeting has been changed from in person to remote. Part II of this meeting is scheduled for April 15, from 9 to 10:30 a.m.
