The HealthCare Benefits Trust was created by HAP in 1977. HCB benefits professionals provide high quality, cost effective employee benefits programs and services, including Group Life and Income Protection Programs, Medical, Dental, Vision and Stop Loss consulting, Executive and Physician Benefit Programs, and Voluntary Benefits.
