Data submission for the IHI Campaign continues. Please continue to submit your mortality data as you have been, either directly to IHI through the Campaign Extranet or through your Campaign Data Intermediary. Also, please revisit your Hospital Profile on your team’s Extranet page and answer or update questions 36 - 59, which are now required. This information will help us measure progress toward our goals of accelerating and spreading the Campaign in this current June-to-December phase.
