Continuous Service Readiness Program

Wednesday, September 17, 2008

The Pennsylvania Continuous Service Readiness Program (CSRP) is a joint effort between Joint Commission Resources, Inc. (JCR) and The Hospital & Healthsystem Association of Pennsylvania (HAP) to structure and implement a program by which hospitals can receive education, consultation, and feedback on an ongoing basis from JCR and The Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (The Joint Commission) staff. The intent of such activities is to assist hospitals to improve performance and reach a state of continuous survey readiness, particularly as a result of The Joint Commission’s move to unannounced surveys in 2006.

This meeting is limited to participants from Pennsylvania CSR hospitals. Registration is limited to a maximum of three (3) persons from each CSRP hospital.
