Inpatient Rehabilitation Care Access Information Card
Medicare Patients and Their Families Must Act Now to Protect Services
Last Updated: 6/15/2005

In a sweeping change of how Medicare defines which patients qualify for inpatient rehabilitation services, many individuals who would have previously been able to receive inpatient rehabilitation care now will not.

Without your help, critical rehabilitation services could vanish and your ability to get that care at the most comprehensive site available … a rehabilitation hospital … will only be a memory for those who need it most.
