HAP's Form 990 and Audited Financial Statement

Because HAP is a not-for-profit 501(c)(6) organization, the association is required to file the Form 990 report each year with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Consistent with HAP's commitment to transparency and accountability, our 2022 Form 990 is available.

The IRS requests that the Form 990 be made available to the public. It is the primary source of information about not-for-profits and serves two essential purposes:

  • It provides information that helps the IRS enforce the laws that govern not-for-profits.
  • It provides a great deal of information about the not-for-profit's financial position, strengths/weaknesses, governance practices, and sources of income and expenses.

Consistent with HAP's commitment to transparency and accountability, the 2022 Audited Financial Statements are available.

The statements reflect the HAP enterprise position and financial results as contained in the 2022 Independent Auditor's Report. The audited financial statements include:

  • The auditors opinion as to the accuracy of the financial statements as provided by management
  • The consolidated balance sheet and statement of operations and changes in net assets for HAP
